Beha 3140 GSL – Cast iron pan with stabilization
Beha 3140 GSL is made of solid cast iron and 3 elements working together with the cast iron ensures a perfect heat distribution. It has a frying area of 500mm, and the power output is controlled by an energy regulator.
This frying pan is built upon cardanic suspensions which ensure a horizontal cooking surface during pitching and rolling of the ship.
Easy tilting by handle with locking device for securing the pan in position. The lid is made of 18/8 stainless steel and can be kept in an open position by means of spring-loaded hinges.
It is recommended to have a well in the front of the frying pan.
Beha 3140 KSL – Cast iron pan on stand
Beha 3140 GSL is made of solid cast iron and 3 elements working together with the cast iron ensures a perfect heat distribution. It has a frying area of 500mm, and the power output is controlled by an energy regulator.

Beha 4210 – 60×70 cm frying area, 10cm deep
Beha’s traditional frying pans in the 42 series have a frying area of 60×70 cm. They come with energy controller and electrical tilting as a standard.
All exterior panels, lid and switch panel are made of stainless steel AISI 304 (18/8). The pan is made of high quality hot rolled steel to obtain excellent heat distribution.
The control panel is mounted on the side to obtain maximum safety for the user during operation.
Beha 4210 is 10cm deep, while the Beha 4218 is18cm deep.
It is recommended to have a well in the front of the frying pan.
